Q: How can I place an order?

A:I accept all debit/ credit cards and Paypal. To pay with a debit/credit cark click " Pay with PayPal" then scroll to the bottom of your screen.

Q: How long is processing and shipping? 

A: Pre orders take 10-20 business days to process, while in stock items only take 1-3 business days. Once your order has been processed it only takes 3-5 business days to get to you. 

Q: What is your refund and exchange policy?

A: I do not give out refunds, unless I'm at fault. You must ship the item back to me within 7 days of you receiving it. Exchanges are allowed if you ordered the wrong size. You are responsible for return shipping, and me shipping the item back to you. Please email me to fix any issues. 

Q: I put the wrong shipping address. How do I fix it?

A:Email  me immediately! Once your item ships it is out of my control, and I can not do anything about it until the post office returns it to me. Once I get the package back I will get in contact with you and you will have to repay for shipping to the correct address. 

Q: What happens if my package is lost or stolen?

If your package is lost, please contact the shipping provider directly to file a claim and track its status, I will do the same. In the case that your tracking shows the package has been delivered but you haven't received it, I recommend checking with neighbors or your local post office for any updates. Unfortunately, once the package is marked as delivered, there’s not much I can do from my end. As a small business, I do my best to assist, but the delivery process is ultimately handled by the shipping provider.

A: Not at the moment.
